Hunting Experience: 25 years
My objectives are simple, I live to hunt and have had several influential people in my life that have helped get me where I am today. I really owe alot to a friend by the name of Tom Carter who gave me my first 2 bows when I was just a kid.
His influence truly set the sparks for the fire that burns inside of me today with the outdoors. I want to share my passion for the outdoors and what I have learned about hunting.
Produce a show that is not only enjoyable but also the most informative show available. I want youths as well as adults to get involved and learn from Team Weekend Dreams. We are not solely concentrated on the kill but in educating hunters on the components needed to acquire the harvest. I want to show the common hunter that it is not all about HORN PORN but show that quality animals can be harvested by average hunters on public as well as private land.
As the show goes on I plan to harvest several animals across our great country while educating, helping and learning along the way. That is my WEEKEND DREAMS.
Throughout the years of hunting I have harvested nearly 100 deer with 40 of those being antlered deer, I have also killed close to 30 bearded turkeys in that time.
My largest whitetail harvest to date was taken with my bow, a Missouri 11 pointer that scored 166 3/8”. My largest turkey was a great longbeard that weighed 25 pounds with 1 ¾” spurs and sported a thick 12” beard.
